Swordfish Milanese
Swordfish Milanese Recipe:
Summary: Swordfish Milanese- this is one of my favorite dishes with any steak like fish. (Shark , Mahi mahi , cobia, halibut etc. This dish is very easy and always a big hit with people who are afraid of fish, or what they call fishy. What they really mean is a full flavor fish . Mackerel , Tuna, Albacore, Bluefish, Sardines, etc. are what I consider fuller flavor fish.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs of fresh swordfish, or have the fish monger cut you 2 pieces to your preference.
- 1 lemon
- ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
- extra virgin olive oil
- good coarse sea salt.
Instructions
- rub olive oil all over swordfish.
- Roll in breadcrumbs or just pat the breadcrumbs on the fish.
- Put on hot grill , 3 minutes each side
- take off grill finish with some lemon zest
- then olive oil
- then salt
