  • about ½ a cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh grated parmigiano reggiano cheese.

Instructions

  1. put everything In the blender EXCEPT EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the oil till a nice emulsifying begins.
